    Ultramax Condensate Management System Controller (CMSC)

    The CMSC Condensate Controller is a most reliable and environmentally safe compressed air system condensate management solution.

    How the CMSC controller works:

    Your compressed air system's discharged condensate enters the CMSC unit through 4 or 8 port inlet check valves, located on the bottom of the unit. Each of these inlets can be connected to any system drain point. When the system's drain valve opens, the entire condensate supply is relieved through a single discharge line on the bottom left hand side of the unit. From the discharge line, the condensate is directed to an oil/water separator, which in turn uncouples the oil from the water, capturing the waste oils for environmentally considerate disposal, allowing cleaned water to be drained away or reused safely.

    To optimise energy and condensate control, an integrated 24 hour timer and solenoid is set by the operator to enable the condensate discharge to operate effectively in parallel with your compressor operation.
