The MAGO40HP is a zero air loss magnet drain for high-pressure compressed air systems rated up to 50 bar, such as booster compressors and PET blow-moulding plant. Its 304 stainless steel body houses a magnetic float pilot and pneumatic main valve, so condensate is discharged without venting high-pressure air. An external control air supply of 5 to 8 bar is required, but no electrical supply is needed, which suits sites where running power to the drain point is impractical. It discharges up to 670 L/hr at 50 bar and is supplied with a high-pressure ball valve and Y-strainer. Ultramax Systems stocks BSP and NPT versions.
