Specialty timed solenoid drains cover applications outside the standard brass and stainless steel ranges. The genuine Omega Air TD 150M and TD 420M are timed drains built for high-pressure compressed air systems, with an adjustable timer controlling how often and how long the valve opens. A heated electronic drain valve is also offered for cold or outdoor installations, where an integral heater stops condensate freezing in the valve body. Timed drains are simple and reliable, but they vent some compressed air on each cycle, so the timer should be set to suit the condensate load.
