The UltraDrain 204 is an electronic zero air loss condensate drain from the Ultramax Systems UltraDrain range, sized for compressor systems up to 18000 m3/hr (10594 CFM). A capacitive level sensor monitors the drain reservoir and opens the solenoid valve only when condensate is present, so compressed air is not vented as it is with a timed drain. It is the largest model in the range for central compressor plant, and a volt-free alarm contact allows remote fault monitoring. An integrated inlet strainer protects the valve seat and the drain is rated to 16 bar. Each model is offered in 24V AC, 24V DC, 110V AC and 230V AC, with service kits held in Ultramax Systems stock.
