Within the Air Products range, the AAC20Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. It carries the fine load a general purpose element is not built to hold. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the AAC-G20H family take this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
