The AAP290-X13-X is the Ultramax Systems replacement element for the Allied Air AFE-SCS range. As a Grade X general purpose coalescing element it removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. It sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. G0290U13-X1 housings accept this element.
