Ultramax Systems supplies the ACDPD40Y as a direct replacement within the Atlas Copco DH Old 1995 - 2001 range. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. It carries the fine load a general purpose element is not built to hold. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the PD40 family take this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
