Description
Within the Filter Elements Almig range, the AL1140Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. It carries the fine load a general purpose element is not built to hold. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in AFS1140 housings. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
