Description
Within the ALUP Old range, the ALUP1680X is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element, and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. It sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the AFM 1680 family take this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
