Ultramax Systems supplies the BAL255P as a direct replacement within the Balma Elements range. As a Grade P general purpose particulate element it holds bulk solid debris, pipe scale and rust, rated at 5 µm. The element belongs at the front of the train, protecting the finer stages behind it. Catching the coarse load here keeps the coalescing stages from blinding early. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. It is the element used in FP255 housings. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
