Description
A 20 mm PE100 socket fusion 45 degree elbow that turns an UltraAir compressed-air line through a gentle angle. Where a route steps around structure, follows a roof pitch or offsets between levels, a 45 degree bend keeps the air moving with less turbulence and less pressure loss than a hard 90 degree corner. The fitting socket fusion welds to matching UltraAir PE100 pipe. A hand welding tool heats socket and pipe together and the two fuse into a single piece, giving a permanent, leak-tight joint with no threads, seals or clamps to work loose. PE100 resists internal corrosion, so the bore stays smooth and pressure drop stays low for the life of the installation.
