Description
A 110 mm PE100 socket fusion coupling that joins two lengths of UltraAir compressed-air pipe in a straight run. Couplings extend mains, close out repairs and make up long runs from stock lengths, and every joint in an air system can leak, so the joint method matters. The fitting socket fusion welds to matching UltraAir PE100 pipe. A hand welding tool heats socket and pipe together and the two fuse into a single piece, giving a permanent, leak-tight joint with no threads, seals or clamps to work loose. PE100 resists internal corrosion, so the bore stays smooth and pressure drop stays low for the life of the installation.
