Compressor free air delivery (FAD) is the actual volume of air a compressor draws in at its inlet, at the real temperature, pressure and humidity on site. Normal cubic metres (Nm³/h) describe the same air dry, at 0 °C and 1.01325 bar(a). Use this converter to switch between Nm³/h and actual m³/h, so you can size compressors, dryers and filters correctly for hot, humid or high-altitude sites.
