Description
Within the CompAir CF 2424 IR range, the CF3316Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. In service it sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the CF3316FC family take this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
