Ultramax Systems supplies the CKD2004Y as a direct replacement within the CKD 2 & 3 range. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in AF2004M housings. Stock is held in Australia and supplied at a working budget price against going direct to the OEM.
