The CP0036X covers the CompAir CF DH Old + BA range in the Ultramax Systems alternative line. The element is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element, and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. The element belongs as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job.
