Description
Within the Domnick Hunter Oil-X up to '95 range, the DH040Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. AA-0040G housings accept this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
