Within the Domnick Hunter Oil-X P post '95 range, the DH430Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in AA0405 housings. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
