Within the Domnick Hunter PISOILX DHEX range, the DHEX025HCSE is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade HC hopcalite element, and converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide across a catalytic bed. The element belongs in a breathing air train, downstream of the coalescing and carbon stages. Carbon monoxide is the one contaminant a breathing air train cannot afford to pass. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in HCP025 housings. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
