Ultramax Systems supplies the DHEX025X as a direct replacement within the Domnick Hunter PISOILX DHEX range. The element is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element, and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. The element belongs as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. AOP025 housings accept this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
