Within the Domnick Hunter PISOILX DHEX range, the DHEX200HCSE is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade HC hopcalite element, and converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide across a catalytic bed. In service it sits in a breathing air train, downstream of the coalescing and carbon stages. Carbon monoxide is the one contaminant a breathing air train cannot afford to pass. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in HCP060 housings.
