The DHIPE50045HC covers the Domnick Hunter OIL-Xplus 50 Ser range in the Ultramax Systems alternative line. As a Grade HC hopcalite element it converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide across a catalytic bed. The element belongs in a breathing air train, downstream of the coalescing and carbon stages. Carbon monoxide is the one contaminant a breathing air train cannot afford to pass. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification.
