Description
The UltraDrain 100 is the entry model in Ultramax Systems' electronic zero air loss condensate drain range, installed at compressor aftercoolers, receivers, refrigerated dryers and inline filters where reliable, level-sensed condensate discharge is required without the air losses of a timed solenoid. A capacitive sensor monitors the integrated reservoir and opens the solenoid only when condensate is present, then closes before air is vented. The unit is rated to 16 bar working pressure with a 1/2 inch BSP inlet and an integrated stainless steel filter at the inlet to protect the seat. Discharge capacity is 10 L/hr, matched to compressors to 180 m3/hr, refrigerated dryers to 360 m3/hr and inline filtration to 1800 m3/hr. Supplied in 24V AC, 24V DC, 110V AC and 230V AC variants.
