Within the ELGI Airmate range, the ELG0280Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. FFE 0280 housings accept this element.
