Description
The EMD HP is a demand-controlled electronic condensate drain designed for high-pressure compressed air systems rated to 50 barg. A precision capacitive level sensor monitors condensate in the collecting reservoir; the self-cleaning direct-acting valve opens only when condensate is present, discharging up to 30.4 l/h without air loss. Standard features include an operation alarm, LED indicator and manual test button. A variant with Service Network connectivity is available for remote diagnostics and parameter setting. The EMD HP installs on high-pressure compressors, after-coolers, cyclone separators, receivers, dryers and filter housings via a 1/2" BSP inlet and 1/4" BSP outlet, operating from 1.5 to 65 degrees C.
