Within the Elang Elements range, the END038X is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. It is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. In service it sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Taking that load out early keeps the finer stage behind it working to its rated life. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. E038-AR housings accept this element.
