It is a Grade P25 general purpose particulate element and holds bulk solid debris and pipe scale, rated at 25 µm. It sits as the first line of protection in the train. Solids stopped at this point never reach the finer elements behind it. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the NEA110P25 family take this element. Stock is held in Australia and supplied at a working budget price against going direct to the OEM.
