Ultramax Systems supplies the FCFC178Y as a direct replacement within the Fiac from 2021 range. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. FC 178 housings accept this element. Stock is held in Australia and supplied at a working budget price against going direct to the OEM.
