Description
Within the Fiac from 2021 range, the FCFS297X is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. It is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. In service it sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. It is the element used in FG 297 housings.
