Within the Flair JF range, the FLAHF405KY is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in HF405K housings. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
