Within the FirePASS range, the FPA3040P is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. As a Grade P general purpose particulate element it holds bulk solid debris, pipe scale and rust, rated at 3 µm. In service it sits at the front of the train, protecting the finer stages behind it. Catching the coarse load here keeps the coalescing stages from blinding early. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the FPGL11VL family take this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
