The GDF038Y covers the Gardner Denver GDE GDF IR 2424 range in the Ultramax Systems alternative line. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. GDF038H housings accept this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
