Ultramax Systems supplies the GDF1550Y as a direct replacement within the Gardner Denver GDE GDF IR 2424 range. It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. It is the element used in GDF1550FH housings.
