Description

The Double Ear Pinch-On Clamp sits within the Ultramax Systems hose-accessory range and is sized for hose outside diameters from 5.0 mm to 7.0 mm. Pinching the two ears closes the band evenly around the hose, drawing it down onto the barbed or stepped fitting so the connection holds at working pressure. The clamp is intended for single-action installation with a standard hose-clamp pincer, and does not require a torque driver or repeated retensioning. Suited to rubber, PVC and reinforced industrial hose, the clamp covers the hose grades commonly used in compressed-air, pneumatic and general workshop service. Supplied in cartons of 100, the part code is sized for service-van, maintenance-bin and assembly-line stock holdings where the same clamp size is consumed at volume. Held in Australian stock and backed by Ultramax Systems' local technical team.

Features

  • Double-ear, pinch-on construction applies radial clamping force across the outer wall of the hose.
  • Clamping range covers hose outside diameters from 5.0 mm to 7.0 mm.
  • Suited to rubber, PVC and reinforced industrial hose used in compressed-air and pneumatic service.
  • Installs with a standard hose-clamp pincer in a single closing action - no torque driver required.
  • Even band tension once closed, holding the hose onto a barbed or stepped fitting at working pressure.
  • Supplied in cartons of 100 for maintenance-bin and assembly-line stock holdings.
  • Part of the Ultramax Systems compressed-air hose-accessory range, stocked in Australia.

Applications

  • Securing compressed-air and pneumatic hose to barbed and stepped fittings on workshop and field equipment.
  • Pneumatic-tool and equipment hose connections in workshop, automotive and mobile-plant service.
  • Small-bore process and instrumentation tubing where a low-profile pinch-on clamp is preferred.
  • Coolant, washer and air-line hose connections in automotive workshop and light-industrial service.
  • General-purpose flexible-hose connections in plumbing, irrigation and workshop installations.
  • Maintenance-bin stock for service vans and on-site repair kits handling mixed hose sizes.
