Description
The HNK-EC138X covers the Hankison HF range in the Ultramax Systems alternative line. It is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. It sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in HF7-40-16B/20B housings.
