Ultramax Systems supplies the HNK-EC177X as a direct replacement within the Hankison HF range. As a Grade X general purpose coalescing element it removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. The element belongs as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in HF7-44-20B housings.
