The HNK-EF185YO covers the Hanke range in the Ultramax Systems alternative line. The element is a Grade YO high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips fine oil aerosol and water carryover, rated at 0.001 µm. In service it sits downstream of a general purpose coalescing stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the HF3-52-80 family take this element.
