Ultramax Systems supplies the HR090X as a direct replacement within the Hiross range. The element is a Grade X general purpose coalescing element, and removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 0.1 µm. It sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Clearing this load first protects the dryer or carbon stage that follows. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in HFN090P housings.
