Description
A hose whip check restraint for compressed-air hose in the 3/8" to 1 1/4" range. A failed connection on a live air line turns the free end into a flailing hazard within a fraction of a second. The cable's looped ends fit over each side of the joint, take the load the moment it fails, and stop the hose before it can whip. Site inductions across mining, quarrying and construction require a whip check on every hose-to-hose and hose-to-tool connection.
