Within the IR F Series 242 range, the IR24242430Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. FA1200 IH housings accept this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
