Description
The KAPTIV-MD is a compact electronic level sensed condensate drain for smaller compressed air applications up to 10 m3/min, such as refrigerated dryers and filters. Level sensing control opens the direct acting valve only when condensate is present, so no compressed air is lost during discharge. The valve carries an FPM seal, a 2 mm orifice and an integrated mesh strainer, and its external position allows fast servicing. With an inlet height of only 74 mm and a weight of 0.5 kg, the drain installs where space is tight. The corrosion resistant aluminium housing has an EP coating and IP65 (NEMA 4) protection, with a test feature and LED indication.
