It is a Grade A activated carbon element and adsorbs the oil vapour and hydrocarbon odour that liquid coalescers cannot hold, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs as the final stage before air reaches product, packaging or people. It handles the contamination a coalescer passes straight through. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. GTF25 housings accept this element.
