Ultramax Systems supplies the OSG300Y as a direct replacement within the On Site Gases range. It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. This is the stage that decides how much oil reaches the point of use. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. Housings in the OSG300CE family take this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
