It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in OSG75CE housings.
