Ultramax Systems supplies the OSGS100X as a direct replacement within the On Site Gases range. As a Grade X general purpose coalescing element it removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. The element belongs as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Taking that load out early keeps the finer stage behind it working to its rated life. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the OSGS100PE family take this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
