Within the Peerless1 range, the PLS0780Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. Housings in the POSTF0780 family take this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
