It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. It carries the fine load a general purpose element is not built to hold. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. It is the element used in MCAM201 housings.
