Description
The SAS2550X covers the Schneider Air Systems range in the Ultramax Systems alternative line. As a Grade X general purpose coalescing element it removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. The element belongs as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. It is the element used in FG 2550 (G3") - SC housings. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
