Description
Within the SMC AF Series range, the SMC54YO is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. The element is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element, and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 1 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. Housings in the AMH50-06BD-D family take this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
