Description
The SOT9018X is the Ultramax Systems replacement element for the Sotras SM range. As a Grade X general purpose coalescing element it removes oil aerosol, water and solid particulate from the air stream, rated at 1 µm. It sits as the first coalescing stage, ahead of a dryer or a carbon tower. Removing the bulk of the liquid here is what lets the downstream element do its job. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the SM 9001 family take this element.
